Dave Pascoe

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Having qualified as the third official Paramedic in Cornwall, Dave has spent 43 years in the NHS as a specialist clinician, health leader, educator and operations officer.

Dave draws from his many years of experience in advanced clinical roles as a Fast Response Motorcycle Paramedic, Air Ambulance Paramedic and Search and Rescue Paramedic to lead as the Director of Operations for Cornwall Ambulance Service. Within this role Dave oversees the operational delivery of innovative healthcare solutions, which most recently has seen him designing and implementing Command and Control strategies for Cornwall’s large-scale COVID-19 vaccination response as the lead commander.
