Operations Manager

Rhiannon started her journey within the health care system in 2014 as a community carer supporting the elderly with their daily needs and medication.

Having worked as a frontline carer, Rhiannon developed within this area to become a Team Leader, overseeing operational management and support of the workforce. Within this role, Rhiannon was also responsible for ensuring service user packages of care were fit for purpose whilst liaising with colleagues across the healthcare system to ensure the best support for patients was achieved.
